The truth is that it still doesn’t feel real. We are diving head first into a chapter of a book we tried to find peace in closing years ago. I spent the past ten years watching everyone around me having families. I became the one who just understood that I would never get that happy ending. And for some time it was earth shattering. Knowing that there would not be a gender reveal or a pregnancy announcement for us. That our house would be empty. I spent so many years very lost. When I was a little girl the only thing I wanted to be when I grew up was a mom. The truth is that for many years I lost my direction. The hours I spent in clinics and doctor’s offices felt like the universe was screaming at me that this wasn’t our path. I was so defeated…. But then came TikTok, then came a world of strangers who helped heal me. Helped me find who I was, but most importantly … gave me the strength I didn’t know I was capable having. With you all and Adam by my side the world came together for us. The whole world changed. That’s when @Surrogacy | CFC Families reached out. That’s when we met Jessie. She had been down the path of surrogacy a few times, and she took us by the hand. And is granting us our biggest wish. And for that there will never be enough thank yous. But thank you thank you thank you I am so thankful for social media and people like @Francesca Farago . She was a trailblazer in sharing her entire journey with IVF, she is one of the big reasons so much of me fear was settled. Just like her I want to share every moment. When I got pregnant for the first time in 2014 I knew I wouldn’t wait till 12 weeks to share our news. I wanted that ball of cells to be LOVED into existence. And that’s what I am going to do here. You all have supported on in every set of our lives, and you didn’t with grace. We can’t wait to take this surrogacy journey with you all. 10 years baby… your coming home we love you 🩷 August 2025
