What do you make when you accidentally end up with nearly $50 of mint? This, apparently. Now I just have to figure out what to do with the rest… (I’m taking suggestions) I’ll upload this recipe on my site later this week but for now, here are the specs: 3oz cold brew 1.5oz pineapple juice 1/2oz lime juice 3/4oz banana peel syrup (recipe on my site) A whole bunch of mint leaves Maraschino cherry and nutmeg for garnish Add all ingredients minus the cherry and nutmeg into a shaker. Dry shake vigorously for 30-45s. Add ice and quickly shake to chill. Strain into a glass and garnish with speared cherry and freshly grated nutmeg.
