What kind of work should we do?

Here’s the video. Moving 1.6mm (14 gauge) mild steel into custom seat brackets using the @machineryhouseau power hammer. This was quite the learning process for me and involved a lot of trial and error making various dies to create the shapes that I needed. There’s more info on the dies used in my previous post. You’ll notice when I stepped the sandwich panel piece down, I couldn’t seem to prevent it from concaving slightly in the middle. This was easily fixed with the hammer on the dolly stand but if anyone knows a method to prevent it further please let me know. The flange was tipped most of the way with the hammer (this die acts like a tipping die on the beadroller) and the rest of the flange was turned using the shrinker/stretcher and dolly stand. I then extended the flanges forward and backward for both visual appeal and to increase the mounting surface area. It’s nice to be able to work with thicker material with the addition of this power hammer as well as move it very quickly. Most of the time was spent making and fine tuning the dies but now that I have them I hope to make more brackets using a similar method. פרעצל בייטס 🥨 לבצק: 500 גרם קמח 35 גרם סוכר 11 גרם שמרים יבשים (כף) / 25 גרם טריים 10 גרם מלח 250 מל מים פושרים 50 גרם חמאה רכה לאמבט: 2 ליטר מים 50 גרם אבקת סודה לשתיה 2 כפות סילאן 30 גרם חמאה להברשה לחמאת שום בזיליקום: חמאה רכה/חמאה חומה שום קונפי/שום כתוש עלי בזיליקום קצוצים מעט מלח לפי הטעם לחמאת דבש: חמאה מומסת/חמאה חומה כפית דבש (אפשר גם יותר בהתאם למה שאתם רוצים) אופן הכנה: בקערת מיקסר עם וו לישה נניח מים פושרים שמרים וסוכר, הרבה ונמתין 10 דקות נוסיף את הקמח ו לוז עד לקבלת בצק נוסיף את החמאה בהדרגה ולאחר 5-6 דקות לישה נוסיף את המלח ונמשיך ללוש עד לקבלת בצק חלק ואחיד - בערך 12-15 ד נעביר את הבצק לקערה משומנת וניתן ונתפיח עד להכפלת הנפח (שעה-שעה ורבע תלוי בטמפרטורה בחוץ) נכין את החמאות שלנו: אפשר גם להשתמש בחמאה רגילה במקום להכין חמאה חומה. היתרון של חמאה חומה היא שהיא בעלת טעם אגוזי ועשיר יותר. כדי להכין חמאה חומה נשים את החמאה על הגז על חום בינוני עד שהיא נמסה. התהליך הוא לא ארוך וקורה תוך כמה דקות לכן אנחנו לא נעזוב את החמאה כשהיא בבישול אלא נשים לב אליה ונערבב מידי פעם. ממשיכים לבשל את החמאה עד שהיא מתחילה לבעבע ומוצרי החלב מתחילים להשחים - תראו מן ״פירורים״ חומים. בשלב זה החמאה תקבל ריח אגוזי. כשסיימנו לבשל אותה נוריד מהאש ונסנן אותה במסננת דקה. נוסיף אליה את התוספות. כעת יש 2 אפשרויות: או לקרר אותה על ״בן מארי קר״ עם קרח כמו בסרטון כאשר אנחנו ״נקציף אותה״ עם מקצף ידני וכך נקבל חמאה מוקצפת וקלילה יותר. האפשרות השניה היא פשוט להכניס אותה למקרר להתמצקות. נחמם תנור ל200 מעלות לאחר שהבצק הכפיל את נפחו נחלק ל4 חלקים שווים ומכל חלק נוציא את האוויר נעשה ״נקניק״ יחסית עבה לאחר שעשינו מכל הבצק נקניקים ניצן להם לנוח רבע שעה שיפתחו מעט בנתיים נקח סיר ומרתיח בו מים, כשהמים רותחים נכבה את האש ונוסיף את הסודה לשתיה והסילאן (זה מבעבע לא להיבהל) ניקח את הנקניקים של הבצק ונטביל אותם אחד אחד באמבט סודה לשתיה שעשינו 10 שניות מכל צד ונוציא ולנייר אפייה ניקח מספריים וממש נגזור חתיכות מהנקניקים שיצאו מהאמבט בגודל שאנחנו רוצים ונעביר לתבנית מרופדת בנייר אפיה ומעליהם נפזר מלח גס ונכניס לתנור לבערך 15-17 דקות - תלוי בצבע שאתם מעוניינים נמיס את החמאה במיקרו וכשהפרעצלים יוצאים מהתנור נבריש אותם בחמאה🙌🏻 כמה טיפים: - בשלב שאנחנו נותנים לבצק לנוח לאחר שאנחנו עושים ממנו נקניקים לא לכסות את הבצק - להשאיר אותו במגע עם האוויר - מהרגע שאנחנו מכניסים לאמבט סודה לשתיה ועד הכניסה לתנור, עדיף שזה יקרה כמה שיותר מהר - כלומר טובלים גוזרים, מפזרים מלח גס ולתנור, אנחנו רוצים שהמלח ידבק לבצק ולכן הוא צריך להישאר רטוב - במהלך האפייה לא לפתוח את התנור, אנחנו רוצים שהאדים ישארו בפנים #מתכון #מתכונים #מתכוניםלשבת #Recipe #שבתבבוקר #פרעצל #פרעצלים #pretzels #pretzel #pretzelbites #minipretzels #אורןמכינה
