If your skincare isn’t working, you may be using a brand that does something called ‘dusting.’ This is when a brand makes a claim against an ingredient, despite having almost none of it in the formula. In #Europe there are more regulations against this (to make marketing claims you need clinical data) but in the US… MUCH easier to get away with dishonest marketing.
