I overthink things like this…or maybe I just think and everyone else underthinks them? Are you a salty sweater??? Apparently I’m a mid salty sweater 🤷♀️ One thing that surprised me about this analysis is I should’ve been hydrating during this short run. And in an hour I should have over 20oz of hydration 🤯 next step is to do more tests to get an accurate baseline and start experimenting with hydration products that match my sweat profile. Drones, meteors, and snacks OH MY! It was really cold, so I was thankful for light winds (for once!) Also thankful for feeling pretty ok during and after. 10 miles looked intimidating when I saw it on the calendar but I did it before my brain got in the way.
