I promise Mila’s catch phrase is “happy & healthy looks like you” for a reason. we could all exercise the same amount & eat the exact same amount of food & we would all still look COMPLETELY DIFFERENT!🩷 I know it’s cheesy and cliche but you’re one of a kind & honestly that really is your superpower.
for 2025 I want to focus on everything I want to gain, not everything I “should” lose. I want to focus on everything I want more of, not everything that “should be” less. you’re allowed to set goals that make you happy, goals that you actually want to reach, goals that light a fire in your belly - not just goals you feel “obliged” to set, ok?❤️
I am just as much of a mom as I would have been if I did give birth. dreaming of having a big family doesn’t mean I dream of being pregnant. I would NEVER force my wife to carry our children - this is the arrangement that works best for our family, but it’s also the arrangement that works best for our business (that we own 50/50) & to quote my wife “I’d rather throw up 80 times per day than deal with your legal & finance tasks in the company”😂
there’s absolutely nothing wrong with posing for a picture, but a picture is just that - a picture. one still frame of a body that moves, breathes & changes throughout the day. one still frame of a body that looks a million different ways based on clothing, light, angles, time of day & time of the month. don’t compare 100% of you to 1% of them❤️
you CANNOT start every year the exact same way that you always do & expect different results - if you want change, you have to change something, and if I’m allowed to suggest a way forward I promise your quality of life & your health will improve drastically if you choose to ditch the diet & focus on sustainable changes that add to your life❣️ #milamovement
