train full body with me at 37 weeks🤰🏻  not long to go now and we are still up in the gym💪🏼 current workout split m: full body workout t: walk 3-4km w: full body slow stretch  t: full body workout f: walk 3-4km  s: full body workout  s: full rest day personally my third trimester has been my best! I interchange training days and sometimes take extra rest days but all in all I am just listening to my body and enjoying the final stages!  program: @MOVE WITH US 3rd trimester

full body slow stretch 38 Weeks🤰🏻 Reminder: i love my slow sessions and gentle walks too! One of the best things about this journey has been learning to truly listen to my body. Every day feels different and as much as I have been loving my weight training this pregnancy I’ve come to really look forward to my slow stretch sessions with Lisa on the @movewithus app. Pregnancy is such an individual experience. The way you move or choose to rest should reflect your own journey: how you trained before, how you’ve felt throughout, and what feels right for you now. p.s. I’ve edited this so it is sped up, otherwise it would have been the slowest/longest video.
