It’s CRUCIAL that they don't know you want them to sleep. Then you turn on their fav show. They start to get even sleepier. Then the volume starts getting lower. The screen starts to get dimmer. You continue rocking the entire time. Then when you know they are on the brink of falling asleep, the show gets switched to something else. In our case today, The Office turned on.
