@😶‍🌫️ I hope this helps!! ❤️ I often see people say that you need to get regular trims every 2-3 months to make your hair grow but that’s not how the growth cycle works! Trims to remove splits are definitely important, but sometimes cutting off too much too often can be the reason why our hair isn’t growing as long as we want it to (if we’re not experiencing a lot of breakage of course… because that’s another huge culprit). This is a really common misconception but it’s not one you need to worry about! Foam or bubbles aren’t always correlated with the cleansing power of a shampoo, but either way they’re totally safe for your scalp and hair.
