Day 2/30. Cooking eve try thing in my fridge. Ingredients: - hammocks -celery - carrots - onion - rosemary - better than bouillon chicken base -bay leaf - white beans - pepper - cajun seasoning - onion powder - Italian seasoning How to: - Cook hammocks with bouillon, just enough water to cover, onions, bay leaf and pepper, boil then simmer for 1 1/2 hrs. - Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 35 min. - Remove hammocks & take out meat, don’t use the fat pieces. - Blend 2 cups of soup and pour back in. This isn’t a fully developed recipe but this is what I did: Ingredients: Pork belly Salt Pepper Master stock by Chef Jon Kung Garlic powder Sauce: Hoisin sauce Shaoxing cooking wine Soy sauce Honey Instructions: Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees. Season Pork belly. Add pork belly and air fry for 20 minutes. Turning halfway through and shaking occasionally. Make sauce while the pork belly is cooking. Add sauce ingredients to a sauce pan and cook until bubbly. Add cornstarch slurry to thicken. Toss pork belly with the sauce. #fridgecleaning #recipeideas
