How do I know it's not a postural issue? I consulted with (and coached) more PTs, orthopedic specialists, chiropractors and osteopaths than this guy probably talk to in life. To put things into perspective; to get from the point he's at in this video to let's say my conditioning; he'd need to lose another 20-25lbs (generous estimation). There's a big difference between visible abs/lean(ish) and shredded.
