Some of my favorite postpartum core exercises 💪🏼 The reason my core has the strength It does now after 2 kids is because I stayed consistent with most of these after my 1st pregnancy, during my 2nd pregnancy, and now, 18 months postpartum. I will always add deep core exercises into my routine no matter how many months postpartum I am! Try to add these into your routine - choose 3 and perform a circuit! Save this and tag a friend below! On top of core work, to lose fat and build muscle I’ve eaten in a slight deficit, I’ve lifted weights 4-5x a week with progressive overload, & sprinkle in cardio 2-3x a week. Getting emotional as I type this—because wow, I’ve come so far. It’s easy to get caught up chasing the next goal, but sometimes we forget that where we are now is exactly what we once prayed for. Ive never really shared my story - but when I was pregnant with my first born- I was training running my business @bodybyzizzofitness , but It wasn’t enough. So I was also serving on the side and working at a gym just to make ends meet, 3 different jobs.. I remember being pregnant as f*** at my restaurant serving job thinking “this ain’t It for me- I’m going to do body by zizzo fitness full time and see where it takes me” I put my fear aside and gave It 110%, and it came back ten fold. I never looked back since. I even decided to start my own clothing brand @livebellarose 💕 I’m so grateful to be where I am today, doing what I love every single day. I’m so grateful for this community too. I wouldn’t be here without yall. I love yall 🥹🥹🫶🏼🫶🏼 let this be your reminder to chase your dreams no matter how big they may seem. The universe will always reward you for your effort and passion, and what you know is yours. 🌎
