Creamy Pesto Pasta with Burrata! 1. Cook 1/2lb pasta until al dente. 2. Add 2 tbsp of butter & a dash of olive oil to a pan on medium heat. 3. Minced 3 cloves of garlic & add to the pan. Cook until fragrant. 4. Add 3/4 a cup of pesto (check out my stories for my homemade recipe) and mix. 5. Add 1.5 cups of heavy cream and whisk to incorporate. Season with salt, pepper, garlic/ onion powder & paprika. 6. Bring to a simmer again and add 1/2 cup parmesan. Add your cooked pasta and a dash of pasta water and mix until creamy. 7. Fried Chicken Mac & Cheese! RECIPE ⬇️ 1. First, cook 1/2 lb of pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water. 2. Then, cut 1 large chicken breast (or two smaller ones) into bite sized pieces. Coat each piece of chicken in flour (seasoned with salt, pepper, onion/ garlic powder and paprika) then dunk it in a scrambled egg mixture and then cover with breadcrumbs. 3. Heat up a sauce pan of veggie oil. Add your chicken pieces in batches and cook until crispy. Remove the chicken from the oil and put it on a paper towel to soak up any excess oil. Season with salt. 4. Next, add 4 tbsp of butter to a pan on medium heat. Once it’s melted, add 3 cloves of minced garlic. Cook until fragrant then add 1.5 cups of heavy cream. Mix well then season with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic/ onion powder. 5. Bring to a simmer then add 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella, 1/2 cup of parm and a few cubes of velveeta. Whisk together until a creamy sauce forms. 6. Then, add your cooked pasta, crispy chicken and a dash of pasta water. Mix it together then top with more chicken, parm and parsley. Enjoy!! #macncheese #friedchicken #fyp

I got mine from @lafabbricadellapastadigragnano 2. Add 3 tbsp of butter, a dash of olive oil & 3 cloves minced garlic to a pan on medium heat. 3. When the garlic is fragrant, deglaze the pan with 1/4 cup white wine. Then, add 1.5 cups of heavy cream and bring to a simmer. 4. Season with 1 tsp of salt, pepper, onion/ garlic powder, parsley & chili flakes. Add the juice of one lemon. 5. Add 1/2 cup Parm, 1/2 cup of mozz, your cooked pasta and a dash of pasta water 6.
