Kicking is the foundation of Muay Thai, which is why I think this workout is simply unavoidable 😂 Add it to your routine — for example, after your main training or as a warm-up. Focus on the quality of your kicks and take your time to actually enjoy the workout. How many kicks do you do in a week? 🤔
Quick warm-up or a full-on short session 🔋– these workouts are perfect for squeezing in a solid burn when you’re short on time. No excuses, just movement. Get in, get sweaty, get strong. Save this for your next quickie workout! 💦💪🏽
There’s nothing better than a solo session (except sparring😂) where you can go all out until the end. No time limits, no complaining, no whining. Just you pushing yourself. Thousands of kicks, round after round, calorie after calorie. Pushing to the edge—and still having a bit of fun with it too. 🙌🏾
If there’s one thing I always neglect, it’s relaxed stretching. Taking the time to really stretch. I’ve now set a goal to achieve a full split by the end of this year. Will I make it? 🤷🏽♂️
What is life to you? Is it the fight? The struggle? The quiet moments in between? Your Family? We all search for meaning – in victory, in pain, in discipline. But maybe the purpose isn’t some big answer. Maybe it’s showing up every day, giving your best, and becoming the kind of person you’d be proud to face in the mirror. For me, it’s more than just fighting. It’s about staying grounded in faith, protecting what matters most – my family, my values, my purpose. That’s where true strength begins.
