one pot bruschetta pasta that is SO good ✨✨✨ all ingredients from TJ’s so a great Trader Joe’s meal idea! ONE POT BRUSCHETTA PASTA: -1 tbsp olive oil -6 cups pasta -6 cups chicken broth -2 tablespoons minced garlic -1/2 cup heavy cream -2 tbsp butter -1 cup Parmesan -fresh bruschetta In a saucepan, heat olive oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add the pasta and toss to coat. Pour in the chicken broth and cook until it’s nearly absorbed. Stir in the heavy cream and let it simmer until mostly reduced. Add the butter and Parmesan, stirring until melted and creamy. Finish by folding in the bruschetta. I like to serve with crack chicken and asparagus!
