Bangus Karaage 🐟❤️ Fish recipe that you can enjoy this Lenten season. Ingredients: Bangus, Boneless and walang kaliskis- almost 1 kg Ginger - 1 thumb, grated Garlic - 3 cloves, minced Soy Sauce - 2 Tbsp Salt - 1 tsp Pepper - 1/4 tsp Mirin - 1 Tbsp Potato Starch for coating Cooking Oil for frying Dipping Sauce: Mayonnaise - 1/4 cup Water - 1 tbsp Sugar - 1 tsp Garlic Powder - 1/2 tsp Cabbage, shredded Lemon Procedure: Use a boneless bangus, pat dry and cut into small bite pieces. Marinate the fish in garlic, ginger, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and cooking wine for 10-15 minutes Next, once the fish is done. Coat each piece in a potato starch. you can use cornstarch if you don't have potato starch but I like the texture and crunch that potato starch gives. Deep fry the fish until crispy. So what I do is, for the first 10 seconds, the heat is high then I just turn it down after for a nice fry. You can double fry it for extra crispy but I only fry it one time. Finally trying the Bangus Bicol Express I’ve been seeing all over my feed—and it tastes just as amazing as it looks! 😋🐟🔥 Ingredients: Bangus - 1 kg Coconut Milk - 200ml Alamang -100g Ginger - 1 thumb Garlic - 3 cloves Onion - 1 Red Chili - 2 pcs Green Chili - 2 pcs Salt Pepper Water - 1/4 cup Fry the fish and set it aside. Sauté the ginger, garlic, and onion. Add the alamang and cook for a few minutes. Pour in the coconut milk and water, then let the sauce simmer. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper. Chicken Potato Croquettes Ingredients: Potato - 3 pcs medium Boiled Chicken, Shredded - 1 breast Green Onions, green part chopped - 1/4 cup Salt Pepper Mozzarella Cheese - 1/2 cup (you can add more if you want more stretch) Flour Egg Breadcrumbs (season with salt) Procedure: Start by boiling the potatoes in water with a pinch of salt. Once they’re tender, mash them. Add the green onions and shredded chicken, then season with salt and pepper. Let the mixture cool slightly before incorporating the mozzarella cheese. Stir everything together and shape into your desired portions. Next, coat each piece in flour, dip in egg, and cover with breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a pan and fry in batches, cooking until golden brown. Serve and enjoy! I had some leftover spam from yesterday, so I decided to make SPAM Ketchup Fried Rice for breakfast. Quick, delicious, and totally worth it! 🍚🥰 Ingredients: SPAM - 1/2 Egg - 1 Butter - 1/2 tbsp Garlic - 3 cloves Onion - 1 small Day old rice - 1 cup Tomato Ketchu - 3-4 Tbsp *I used Tomato Sweet Blend Soy Sauce - 1 Tbsp Black Pepper Chopped Green Onions Procedure: Cut the SPAM into small cubes and set aside. I used leftover SPAM from yesterday, you can add more if you want. In a pan, add oil and fry the egg and the sliced SPAM. Then set aside. Add butter to the same pan, sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant. Add the rice and mix well. Add ketchup, soy sauce and a little pepper and mix. Toss the crispy spam back and mix everything together. Serve with chopped green onions and fried egg. Starting the day right with a chicken pesto tortilla for breakfast! Packed with flavor and the perfect way to fuel up 💚 Ingredients: Ground Chicken Salt Pepper Pesto ( I used bottled pesto sauce) Cheese (mozzarella cheese + any commercial cheese/eden) Procedure: Season the ground chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Spoon little amount of chicken onto the tortilla and spread it evenly. Add a bit of oil to the pan and cook the tortilla with the meat side down. Allow the meat to cook for 5 to 6 minutes, or until it turns brown. Flip the tortilla, then spread a layer of pesto sauce on top. Sprinkle with both grated cheese and mozzarella. Fold the tortilla in half, then cook each side until crispy and the cheese has fully melted. *You can also add a sliced of tomato. #foodieph #myskitchenph #tiktokeatsph #breakfast #tortilla #wrap
